James Cottrell

James Cottrell was born and raised in Southern California. He started his real estate career in Riverside in 2005, in the midst of the real estate boom. As the market has fluctuated, he has experienced many changes that affect real estate today, which has afforded him the expertise to navigate all aspects of buying and selling. With certificiations as the CDPE and SFR, James is equipped with the knowledge and experience to deal with distressed properties (REO and Short-sale), as well as negotiate for buyers and equity sellers. His extensive years in customer service make for great communication and consistent updates for great results.
